Learning Outcomes


After the successful completion of the course, students should be able to:

  • Understand the methodological approaches that are applied for the study of the scientific/research field he/she will choose

  • Comprehend in depth the methodology of the planned research (implementation of field work, laboratory experiments, etc.)

  • Plan and implement an experiment or research program to answer specific questions, compiling work protocols and applying specific procedures and methods.

  • Analyze datasets of specific interest using quantitative methods

  • Report and communicate the research results

(3) Syllabus


The process of Thesis preparation is performed under the supervision of one staff member of the Department. Instructions of good practices in conducting research on the scientific field of the Thesis are given.
