The research facilities described below, concern the institutionalized Laboratory of Ichthyology-Aquaculture and Diseases of Aquatic Organisms with the acronym ICHTHYAI (Government Issue 1255/28-04-2016). ICTHYAI has been granted all the necessary licenses and code numbers (EL83 BioExp 01) for performing experiments on aquatic organisms, according to the PD 56/2013 and the Directive 2010/63/EC (decision No. 4053/14-03-2017). The experimental protocol has been approved according to the decison No. 5379/04-04-2017. The research infrastructure includes:

• Two closed fully recycled marine water tank systems with a capacity of 16m3 with water pumps, sand filter, biological filter, air pumps and UV water sterilization apparatus.
• A closed fully recycled marine water aquaria system with a capacity of 350l with water and air pumps and filter-biological filter.
