    Research

    I am a marine ecologist and my current research interests focus on: (i) Marine Conservation and Ecosystem-Based Marine Spatial Management, in the Mediterranean Sea; (ii) Marine alien invasions and their impact on biodiversity and ecosystem services; (iii) Developing and applying methods for marine monitoring.

    Teaching

    At the undergraduate level: Marine Ecology, Marine Biodiversity, Applied Marine Ecology.

    At the graduate level: Applied Marine Ecology, Coastal Ecology and Biodiversity (participation), Marine Biological Resources – Fisheries and Aquaculture (participation), Field methods, data analysis, and models in Marine Sciences (participation).
