Theophilos Museum
Founded in 1964 by Teriade (Stratis Eleftheriadis), the museum houses around 90 paintings by Theophilos, a major folk painter of Neo-Hellenic art. The museum is located in the district of Varia, which is believed to be Theofilos' birthplace.

Museum of industrial olive oil production
The museum is housed in the premises of the Agia Paraskevi old communal oil mill. Both its architectural and mechanical features have been accurately restored to their original condition, beautifully presenting the industrial heritage of Lesvos island.
